Annual GGLC Hazel Chapman Memorial Drive
The 5th Annual Hazel Chapman Memorial Drive is scheduled for Sunday, January 25th. This is a casual moderate paced drive. The road conditions can be iffy at
this time of the year so the pace will take into consideration the recent and then current weather.
We will run "rain" or shine. We will postpone if the weather forecast could create unsafe conditions.
START - MEET-UP
The drive will start in the parking lot behind Peet's Coffee in Los Altos
367 State St, Los Altos START LOCATION
Meet: 9:00am
Depart: 9:30am
Our route will take backroads from Los Altos to Skyline, then to Pescadero State Beach. After a break at the beach we head north to Cameron's Pub in Half Moon Bay

Add Lightness Tour (San Diego)
SDLC is proud to host its inaugural Add Lightness Tour, Friday 21 March thru Sunday 23 March 2024. We have some of the best driving roads anywhere.
The tour starts in Escondido and heads east and then north into our local mountains, then lunch followed by a stop for outdoor go karting. The next day we'll drive
out into Joshua Tree National Park, for a bit of hiking and a picnic lunch, followed by a visit to the Borrego Springs sculpture gardens and possibly, weather
permitting, dramatic views of the desert wild flower bloom. We will finish up with Sunday brunch at the Jacumba Hot Springs. Hotel.
Each entrant receives a route book, an Add Llightness Tour T-Shirt, an event sticker package. The tour group size is limited to the 1st 20 cars that register.
Expect great roads to explore - approximately 150 - 200 miles per day. You must be a member of SCLC or GGLC. Plus you need a Valid driver license, proof of insurance,
and... a car !
Hotel Info: In process, will be sent to all registered participants once finalized
Registration/Payment: Entry Fee: Before 31 January $100, $150 after. Make payment via Venmo (@Ronald-Schramm-1), please make sure that you’re sending it “as a friend”
and not for a business. Entry fee is per car and includes 1 set of swag (route book, t-shirt, etc).
