Registration 2014 West Coast Lotus Meet is now open, with an early-bird deadline on Monday, June 16 for the lowest rates. Registration is being done through MotorsportReg.com, a secure site that allows you to pay with your credit card.

Registration is per person and gives access to all WCLM events except the optional track day. This includes the opening reception, 3 lunches, group drives, autocross, main banquet, etc... To see more about the various events please see the event schedule. The WCLM registration fee does not include hotel. All attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. The Ridge Resorts in Stateline, NV is the official headquarters for the 2014 WCLM and we have negotiated extremely attractive room rates for attendees.

The 2014 WCLM will be headquartered at the beautiful Ridge Resorts located at 400 Ridge Club Drive, Stateline Nevada 89449.

The WCLM has arranged for WCLM entrants to enjoy special rates at the Ridge Resorts. We encourage you to take advantage of these rates.

WCLM entrants are responsible for making their own hotel accommodations. You are not required to stay at Ridge Resorts and there are a number of alternatives nearby. We do encourage you to stay the Ridge Resorts because we have committed to a minimum number of rooms and the rates are extremely attractive for the area.

Each room includes a covered parking spot and onsite trailer parking is available as well. All residents will have full use of the resort facilities including daily maid service, golf lockers, complete health club with racquetball, year round sports complex with tennis, billiards room, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool spas and saunas, movie theater, scheduled guided hikes, yoga and aerobic classes, weekly cooking demonstration and wine tasting. WCLM has also negotiated a 10% discount at the spa for attendees who need a little extra relaxation.

The Ridge Tahoe (by Ridge Resorts) is easily reached from Highway 50 and just up Kingsbury Grade. The Resort overlooks the Lake Tahoe basin and offers breathtaking vistas. Only minutes from entertainment and casinos of Stateline, the resort also offers a complementary shuttle service from 8am-midnight.

Reservations:

For online reservations use the following steps

1. Go to www.ridgetahoeresort.com
2. Enter your desired check-in/checkout dates and click "Check Availability"
3. The interface will say that there are no more rooms available. Click on the link to "Enter your access or promotional code" on the left side of the page
4. Select "Group Code", type in "Lotus" in the box below it and hit the "Update" button
5. Click the "Continue" button on the left of the screen to get the WCLM rates for the event and click "Book" next to the type of room you would like.
6. You should now be able to proceed with the reservation as normal.

Phone reservations can be made through the hotel reservations department at 1-800-334-1600, Monday through Saturday from 8am-6pm. You must tell them you are with the West Coast Lotus Meet or you may not get room availability.

If you would like to arrive early or extend your stay, the Ridge Tahoe will extend the WCLM discounted rates to you.
